Net 30 day of invoice date upon approved credit.
C.O.D. and credit card sales are also available.
Shipping:
In stock items will ship same day on orders received by noon.
Afternoon orders may ship same day or next day.
Returns:
- No returns accepted after 90 days of purchase.
- All returns may be subject to re-stocking fees.
- No returns accepted without express written authorization.
- There are no returns on custom orders except in the case of product defect, to be determined by S.M. Cristall Co., Inc. and our manufacturing mills.
